Ordering & Delivery

Do you offer same-day delivery?

All items are freshly baked to order. Orders placed early in the day can often be delivered the same evening (until 11 PM). We’ll confirm your delivery window after checkout.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Edmonton, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Fort Saskatchewan, Beaumont, Leduc, Spruce Grove, and Stony Plain. If you’re nearby but outside these areas, contact us and we’ll try to help.

Pickup?

Pickup may be available by prior arrangement. Contact us to schedule.

Ingredients & Nutrition

Are your desserts sugar-free?

No sugar. We use natural sweetness from real ingredients. Check each product’s nutrition panel for per-serving macros.

Do you use organic ingredients?

Yes — we prioritize organic ingredients for clean flavor and quality.

Are your products nut-free or gluten-free?

Please check the Ingredients/Allergens info on each product page for specific details. Product recipes may include common allergens (e.g., nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten).

Storage & Shelf Life

How should I store my order?

See the Storage info field on each product page. Most items keep best in the fridge for 3–5 days or in the freezer for longer.

Orders & Payments

How can I pay?

We accept major cards and secure online payments at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can cancel within 1 hour of purchase. After that, production usually begins and changes aren’t guaranteed. Message us ASAP and we’ll do our best.

Custom & Events

Do you make custom cakes or larger orders?

Yes! Tell us your date, servings, and flavors via the contact page and we’ll reply with options and timing.
